INGREDIENTS FOR THE GREEN SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • cups stemmed and chopped spinach or kale
  • apple—unpeeled, cored, and chopped
  • avocado, chopped

Mix all the ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth, about 2 minutes, please add water to have the desired consistency.
