INGREDIENTS FOR THE GREEN SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup apple juice
- 3 cups stemmed and chopped spinach or kale
- 2 apple—unpeeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
Mix all the ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth, about 2 minutes, please add water to have the desired consistency.
